This isn't something I do very often, but I feel the need to tidy up this LJ's flist. Don't take it personally.
FWIW, I'm also getting out of a lot of the communities I've ended up joining over the years. Truth is, I'm not as involved in LJ right now as I once was, and the communities were blocking up my flist.

Anyway, on to the inevitable...
This seems to happen all to often with English Teams, though. Why do you think that the football team has won nothing since 1966? Why the Rugby World Cup has been looking like a rather tasteless joke from the 2004 Six Nations onwards (although, as a Welshman, I'm still laughing at it)? Because there's too much looking back at past glories and, too often, success is seen as the end of something, rather than a spur to go and do it again.
Disgraceful.

Righty-ho, the truth is that *ahem* certain people have been sticking their podgy noses into this LJ, so I have decided that, from now on, the vast majority of it will be FRIENDS ONLY. There will be the odd snippet, but most of the entries will be friends only. If you want to add me to your friends list, just leave a comment, and the chances are (like, 99.99%) that I will add you, so's you can have a look at my Crazy Rock'n'Roll filled life :-P.
